By Shift Supervisor Antofagasta Region Antofagasta **Join FCAB — the company that moves the north!** At FCAB, a leading rail transportation and logistics company with over 130 years of experience connecting large-scale mining operations, we are seeking to incorporate a **Railway Infrastructure Maintenance Supervisor**, who will play a key role in ensuring the continuity and safety of our operations. **Job Objective:** Supervise and ensure the proper execution of the railway infrastructure maintenance program, guaranteeing compliance with deadlines, quality, safety, and operational continuity through coordination of internal teams and contracted companies. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and monitor maintenance work carried out by contracted companies (EPS). * Conduct on-site supervision to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and applicable regulatory standards. * Validate and accept completed work, ensuring correct implementation. * Monitor progress of the maintenance plan and inspections of railway infrastructure. * Manage reporting on progress, deviations, and improvement proposals. * Coordinate responses to operational contingencies and emergencies. * Propose continuous improvements to increase asset reliability and availability. * Lead and manage work teams, promoting a safe and collaborative environment.
