Position Objective: Analyze, execute, and coordinate the procurement process and related activities, continuously managing requests and inquiries from internal and external customers and suppliers. Additionally, ensure compliance with required stock levels for proper organizational supply of inputs. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and execute procurement of supplies. Coordinate and maintain smooth communication with suppliers and internal/external customers. Manage requests and requirements related to supply. Control and ensure optimal stock levels. Prepare management reports and analyses. Technical Requirements: Higher education or professional degree in administrative, commercial, industrial engineering, logistics, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or similar functions. Intermediate-level Office software proficiency. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Power BI user/intermediate level. SAP knowledge (desirable). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 hrs. Offered Monthly Net Salary: $800\.000\. Meal allowance provided by the company (breakfast and lunch).
