Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution in accordance with the Construction Execution Program approved by EFE. Supervise compliance with established milestones and maintain up-to-date records of project progress and contract status within the institutional management tool. Participate in tendering processes, as required, managing technical queries and evaluating proposals to ensure alignment with EFE’s requirements. Administer awarded contracts, coordinating with suppliers to ensure scope fulfillment, monitoring physical and financial progress, validating payment certifications, and applying penalties where appropriate. Coordinate with Technical Construction Inspection teams to safeguard proper technical, administrative, environmental, and safety execution. Timely manage contractual modifications related to schedule, cost, or scope. Coordinate interfaces with other projects, contractors, and relevant public or private entities. Requirements: Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, Civil Construction, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management, including at least 3 years leading railway projects or similarly large-scale infrastructure works. Experience administering underground construction contracts (shafts, galleries, and tunnels). Knowledge of project management and construction and/or engineering contract administration.
