Apply directly from Get on Board. ### **What You’ll Do** The role is highly cross-functional: you will participate in client projects, understand their processes and needs, help design solutions, configure our software, and support go-live activities. This is an opportunity to learn about technology, business, project management, and client relations—working directly with the product and gaining exposure from day one. We don’t necessarily require prior experience in technology; instead, we seek someone eager to learn, take responsibility, engage with clients, and dive deeply into how a technology product works—and the businesses that use it. * Gather client processes and requirements through on-site visits and remote interactions. * Configure and parameterize our platforms according to each client’s specifications. * Support go-live activities: user training, on-site support, and stabilization. * Coordinate progress of assigned projects and keep both clients and internal teams informed. * Analyze operational data and build reports to support decision-making. * Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance utilization of our tools. ### **What You Need** * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. * Analytical skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team. * Strong communication skills: much of the work involves speaking with clients and translating their needs. * Commitment, proactivity, and willingness to tackle challenges in a dynamic environment. * Availability for on-site visits. * 0–2 years of experience! ### **Bonus Points (not mandatory)** * SQL and database management. * Power BI or other data visualization tools. * Jira or similar project management tools. * Knowledge of logistics, port, or transportation operations. ### **Benefits** At **ZiYU**, we care about your well-being and professional growth.
