Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Scheduler to ensure proper execution of the maintenance plan and equipment and facility availability within the industrial sector. Key Highlights: 1. We are recruiting for the **Maintenance Scheduler** role at a leading industrial-sector company located in the **Antofagasta Region**, focused on ensuring proper execution of the maintenance plan and equipment and facility availability. **About the Challenge** ---------------------- * You will develop **daily and weekly maintenance schedules** for preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. * You will coordinate with **supervisors and operations teams** regarding on-site work execution. * You will generate **work orders**, ensuring they include required resources, materials, and permits. * You will adjust the **maintenance schedule** in response to contingencies, emergencies, or operational changes. * You will keep the **Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)** up to date. * You will monitor **schedule compliance**, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities. * You will support **optimization of human and material resources**, contributing to operational continuity. * You will collaborate across departments to ensure **proper execution of the maintenance plan**. **What Would We Love to See in You?** ------------------------------ * A degree as a **Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineer or Technician**, or a related field. * **At least 3 years of professional experience**, ideally **1–2 years in maintenance scheduling or execution**. * Prior experience with **maintenance management software (CMMS or ERP)** is highly important to us. * Basic knowledge in **mechanics, electricity, or comprehensive maintenance** is relevant. * Familiarity with **industrial workplace safety standards** will be valued. * A valid **Class B driver’s license** is required. * Strong **organizational, coordination, and operational team collaboration skills** are essential. **What Are We Offering?** ----------------------- We guarantee a **confidential selection process**; if you are currently employed, you may apply safely.
