Position Summary: We are seeking a Human Resources Management Intern to support the automation and improvement of internal processes at a waste management company. Key Highlights: 1. Currently, we are looking for a **Human Resources Management Intern** to join our team and support the **automation and improvement of internal processes**. **Main Responsibilities** The intern will primarily be responsible for **supporting the Human Resources Management team in process identification, optimization, and automation**, especially in the following areas: * Compensation processes. * Procedural processes associated with the employee lifecycle. * Support in documenting, standardizing, and digitizing internal workflows. * Implementation of technology-driven improvements aimed at operational efficiency. * Generation of reports and metrics related to automated processes. **Candidate Profile** We are seeking students or recent graduates from computer science-related fields, such as: * Computer Engineering, Executive Computer Engineering, Computational Engineering, Programmer Analyst, or related disciplines. * Interest in automation, digitization, and continuous improvement. * Basic knowledge of programming tools.
