With presence across major mining sites and over 4,000 workers, they operate more than 500 pieces of equipment. ### **JOB DESCRIPTION** Veltis Latam is seeking a Procurement and Logistics Manager, whose primary challenge will be to manage and control procurement and logistics processes for resources and personnel, ensuring timely material availability, record reliability, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include analyzing consumption, turnover, stockouts, and inventory discrepancies; coordinating and controlling receipt, storage, dispatch, and distribution of materials; monitoring logistics services and suppliers; developing and analyzing management indicators (KPIs) and operational reports; and continuously coordinating with Procurement, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure resource traceability and continuity. We seek candidates holding a Higher Technical Degree or a university degree in Logistics, Administration, Executive Engineering, International Trade, or related fields, with at least 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, inventory control, or supply chain management; experience coordinating processes with internal departments and external suppliers; and knowledge of inventory control, warehouse management, and operational indicators. Experience in service companies, mining, transportation, construction, or geographically distributed operations is highly valued. Proficiency in ERP systems and intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills are desirable. Work location: Calama/Antofagasta.
