Monitor compliance and productivity in operations. **Job Description** We are seeking a **Port Operations Manager** to lead and coordinate the terminal’s operational activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely processes. The position carries responsibility for work teams, resource coordination, and achievement of operational objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise cargo receipt, dispatch, loading, and unloading operations. * Coordinate operational teams, contractors, and suppliers, allocating resources according to terminal needs. * Monitor adherence to operational schedules, service turnaround times, and productivity. * Coordinate with customers, carriers, agencies, and other departments to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise proper use of port equipment and manage deviations or contingencies promptly. * Track productivity, safety, operational time, and service quality indicators. * Ensure compliance with safety procedures, port regulations, and internal standards. **Requirements** * Professional degree in **Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Logistics, International Trade**, or related field. * **3–5 years of experience** in port operations, terminals, logistics, or transportation. * Experience leading operational teams and coordinating suppliers or contracted companies. * Knowledge of loading/unloading processes, operational planning, and resource management. * Proficiency in **Excel and operational management systems**. * Availability to work rotating shifts and respond to operational contingencies. * Leadership, planning ability, decision-making skills, and results- and safety-oriented mindset. Salary: $1\.800\.000 \- $2\.600\.000 per month Workplace: On-site employment
