Works with operational teams to optimize safety, quality, efficiency, and profitability, promoting a culture of operational discipline and focus on results. Key responsibilities include analyzing KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities, leading Kaizen and transformation projects (Kaizen/Kaikaku), eliminating waste (Muda), training teams on Lean and Six Sigma tools, and ensuring adoption of digital solutions and best practices on-site. Requirements include a degree in Industrial Civil Engineering or equivalent, 3–5 years of experience in Lean/Six Sigma, at least 3 years in logistics operations, Green Belt certification, intermediate proficiency in WMS and Power BI, P\&L analysis skills, intermediate English, and experience leading high-complexity projects.
