The primary objective is to advise, supervise, and manage operational safety for our technical teams in the field, ensuring compliance with current legal regulations and the high safety standards required under image and infrastructure maintenance contracts. Key Responsibilities: Field Management: Directly supervise maintenance operations, identifying hazards and assessing risks in real time. Working at Height Safety: Monitor and verify the proper operation of personnel lifts (manlifts/scissor lifts) and strict use of fall protection systems. Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical documentation (start-up folders, risk matrices, training records, and PPE delivery logs). Procedure Development: Develop Safe Work Procedures (SWPs), Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and service-specific emergency response plans. Training: Conduct safety briefings, onboarding sessions for new staff, and awareness training on critical hazards. Requirements and Competencies: Education: Degree or Technical Diploma in Occupational Risk Prevention. SNS Registration: Valid registration with the National Health Service (mandatory). Experience: Minimum 2 years in maintenance, construction, or civil works companies, with verifiable experience in working at height. Mobility: Willingness to travel to various operational sites (100% field-based work). Skills: Leadership ability, administrative rigor, and excellent communication skills for managing work teams.
