We are looking for a **Project Supervisor** responsible for overseeing and managing assigned projects from the technical feasibility stage through to after\-sales, ensuring compliance with legal and technical regulations, as well as proper management of costs, schedules, and execution quality. **Main Responsibilities** * Evaluate that assigned projects meet required technical, regulatory, and quality standards. * Manage and control construction resources: equipment, materials, and service providers. * Coordinate the availability of materials and equipment, ensuring their timely withdrawal from warehouses or delivery from suppliers. * Supervise fieldwork execution, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, legal regulations, and commitments to clients and suppliers. * Verify supplier payment statuses by validating progress and deliveries, and manage Service Entry Sheets (SES) or Goods Receipts (GR) in SAP. * Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring trust-based relationships and fulfillment of agreements. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Construction Engineering, or a related field. * At least 1 year of experience in managing mechanical installation and/or civil construction projects. * Knowledge of fluid mechanics and thermodynamic processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and SAP. * Commercial skills, negotiation ability, and customer orientation. * Strong communication and team management skills. **We Offer** * Opportunity to join a solid company with high\-impact projects. * Professional development in a dynamic and challenging environment. * Market\-competitive compensation and corporate benefits.
