Position Summary: We are seeking a Management Control and BI Analyst to transform operational data into visual tools, reports, and strategic analyses that generate improvement opportunities. Key Highlights: 1. Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI. 2. Analyze critical KPIs and identify trends to support decision-making. 3. Direct participation in Management Control and continuous improvement projects. We are looking for a **Management Control and BI Analyst** to join an important **Operations, Telecommunications, and Maintenance** team, responsible for transforming operational information into visual tools, reports, and strategic analyses that enable trend identification, performance measurement, and business improvement opportunities. ### **About the Challenge** * Receive, structure, and clean databases originating from the company’s various systems. * Design, develop, and keep updated **interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI**. * Analyze historical behavior of critical KPIs, such as turnover, accident rates, operational costs, and contract compliance. * Identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities based on data analysis. * Measure and quantify the **impact and return on investment (ROI)** of specific business initiatives and actions. * Analyze results of prevention campaigns, staff retention efforts, and operational improvements. * Integrate and cross-reference information from multiple sources, services, and contracts. * Collaborate with the IT department to ensure data source quality, integrity, and timeliness. * Propose operational process improvements grounded in evidence and data analysis. * Generate reports and analyses to support decision-making by management and department heads. * Respond promptly to analytical requests, delivering clear and reliable information for management purposes. ### **What Would We Love to See in You?** * Professional degree in **Information Engineering and Management Control, Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field**. * At least **2 years of experience** in data analysis, Management Control, BI, or analytical roles focused on operations. * Advanced proficiency in **Power BI**, including Power Query and the DAX language for data modeling. * Advanced-level **Excel** skills. * SQL knowledge is desirable for understanding and querying data structures. * Experience working with **KPIs, management indicators, and operational information analysis**. * Experience in service companies, telecommunications, mining, maintenance, or related industries is desirable. * Ability to work with large volumes of information and diverse data sources. * Business orientation and ability to translate technical information into actionable insights for decision-making. ### **Who We Are Looking For** Analytical, rigorous, and proactive individuals capable of transforming complex data into clear, actionable information.
