A leading maintenance services company is seeking its next **Route Planner**, who will play a strategic role in planning and coordinating maintenance routes. **What will be your challenge?** You will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and optimizing national-level maintenance route planning, ensuring efficient allocation of technical resources and adherence to preventive and corrective maintenance programs. Your management will be critical to maximizing field team productivity, optimizing transit times, geographic coverage, and customer service. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- ✔ Design and optimize maintenance routes for technical teams nationwide. ✔ Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. ✔ Analyze operational capacity, resource availability, and territorial coverage. ✔ Plan efficient work distribution considering priorities, transit times, and technical capacity. ✔ Generate reports, management indicators, and operational performance analyses. ✔ Continuously coordinate with supervisors, department heads, management, and customer service teams. ✔ Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in planning and logistics processes. **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles involving route planning and logistics. * Proven experience in logistics, planning, and route optimization. * Experience coordinating field crews or operational teams. * Knowledge of human resource management and transportation modes (vehicle fleet and public transport). * Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. * Experience using logistics planning systems or platforms. * Basic knowledge of maintenance processes is desirable. * Education: Degree in Logistics Engineering, Transportation, Planning, or related field. * Experience in industries such as retail, distribution and logistics, utilities and technical services, HVAC, and transportation.
