Responsibilities include coordinating the team of mechanics, maintaining workshop order, and reporting progress and incidents. Requirements: Civil Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Machinery Engineer, Electrical Engineer, or related field; minimum 4 years of experience in similar positions; leadership skills, teamwork ability, and proactivity.
