The purpose of this position is to coordinate and supervise processes and activities that ensure control over the quantity and quality of products delivered at transfer points or at customers’ facilities nationwide, following industry best practices and recommendations from international regulations (API, ASTM, etc). Key responsibilities include: Supervising measurement and calculation processes for quantities transferred nationwide, carried out by external inspection companies, to maintain and guarantee technical competency of personnel and ensure reliability levels in their inspection reports for volumes transferred to customers. Preparing performance indicator reports for inspection companies’ management control, based on information provided by such companies to ENAP, to monitor the performance of contractors engaged by ENAP across all land and maritime transfer points, and periodically auditing their performance through KPIs and evaluations in SAP. Identifying, investigating, and preparing reports on crude oil and imported product losses, detailing all activities and processes conducted that may lead to errors and hence discrepancies, thereby enabling training and/or implementation of improvement actions. Preparing or reviewing quality reconciliation reports to verify consistency between origin analyses and departure controls or analyses of critical properties.
