Logistics and Supply Chain Analyst

Description

Position Summary: Coordinate and analyze logistics, inventory, transportation, and distribution processes to optimize the supply chain and operational efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Supply chain optimization and cost reduction. 2. Collaboration with internal and external teams to ensure timely deliveries. 3. Participation in continuous logistics improvement projects. Responsibilities: Analyze and coordinate processes related to logistics, inventory, transportation, and distribution. Monitor the flow of products and materials from suppliers to customers. Analyze inventory levels and propose actions to prevent stockouts or overstocking. Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries. Track purchase orders, shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements. Prepare logistics and supply chain performance reports and metrics. Identify opportunities to reduce costs and improve process efficiency. Analyze delivery times, transportation costs, and supplier performance. Maintain up-to-date inventory, order, and logistics operations data. Support demand planning and product and material procurement. Investigate logistics incidents and coordinate corrective actions. Participate in supply chain continuous improvement projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Trade, or related fields. Prior experience in logistics, inventory management, procurement, or supply chain. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools. Knowledge of inventory management, transportation, distribution, and procurement planning. Experience with ERP systems or logistics management platforms. Analytical ability and attention to detail. Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Salary: $2\.450 per month Work Location: On-site employment
