The goal is to ensure timely deliveries, optimize resources, maintain a high service level, and drive continuous improvement in logistics processes. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan and supervise warehousing, order picking, dispatch, and distribution operations. * Lead logistics teams, coordinating shifts, functions, and resources to meet daily objectives. * Monitor management indicators such as on-time delivery, productivity, inventory levels, costs, and service level. * Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure operational continuity. * Supervise inventory control and product movements, identifying discrepancies and improvement opportunities. * Optimize routes, resources, and procedures to reduce costs and improve delivery times. * Prepare management reports and develop action plans to address operational deviations. **Requirements** * Professional or technical degree in **Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration**, or a related field. * **3 or more years of experience** in logistics, distribution, transportation, or supply chain. * Experience leading teams and coordinating dispatch and warehousing operations. * Knowledge of **inventory management, route planning, and logistics cost control**. * Proficiency in **Excel and ERP/WMS systems**. * Ability to analyze information and make timely decisions. * Leadership, organization, effective communication, and results orientation.
