Responsibilities: **The opportunity** The Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, executing, and controlling operational activities within the logistics facility. Their primary function is to ensure that receiving, storage, order preparation, dispatches, and transportation processes are carried out efficiently, safely, and in accordance with the company's established quality and service standards. Additionally, they focus on process optimization, operational continuity, organization, safety, and continuous improvement to ensure a stable and high-performance logistics flow. **Your impact** 1\. Set clear shift objectives to ensure proper task distribution 2\. Supervise the correct progress of box picking by administrative staff, resolving any issues that hinder timely and accurate progress 3\. Lead and manage multidisciplinary work teams, maintaining control and records of team attendance, ensuring overtime, compensatory days, and absences are correctly entered into the system 5\. Guarantee 100% order preparation compliance in pursuit of achieving 100% service fulfillment in the process being led 7\. Ensure continuous improvement within their work area to enhance efficiencies, productivity, etc. 8\. Enable employees through their theoretical and practical training plan and assigned productivity curve, followed by timely monitoring of acquired learning and providing feedback promptly 9\. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, protecting employees and reporting observed violations to the appropriate departments to maintain a safe working environment 10\. Supervise and control the Quality and Safety agenda according to company procedures and policies 11\. Report weekly to the Manager all critical indicators of their area through working sessions involving all participating departments in the process 13\. Participate in internal audits of the various units involved in the production process, in accordance with established regulations and procedures 14\.
