In this role, you will be responsible for leading, within operations, the ongoing pursuit of Continuous Improvement opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: * Collecting and analyzing process data to assess, develop, and present improvement opportunities focused on enhancing safety, increasing productivity, and reducing costs—all within the framework of Continuous Improvement. * Presenting identified improvement opportunities and tools to operational leaders. * Developing tools for improvement and operational visibility. * Implementing improvement opportunities and tools, and documenting the quantitative and qualitative impacts and results achieved. * Developing and executing Continuous Improvement projects aligned with the company’s strategies. * Providing visibility to internal and external customers on the progress of ongoing projects. * Preparing reports as required by operational needs. * Analyzing data to support decision-making.
