Job Summary: Chilexpress is seeking an Intelligent Automation Analyst to design, develop, and implement AI solutions that automate processes and generate business impact. Key Highlights: 1. Being part of the Data Architecture and Operations team. * Hybrid (Remote \+ On-site) * Analyst * Santiago Metropolitan Region * Huechuraba At **Chilexpress**, a leader in logistics and transportation solutions, we are looking for an **Intelligent Automation Analyst**, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-based solutions to automate processes and deliver direct business impact, leveraging technologies such as Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and GenAI. **Main Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions, including predictive, generative, and segmentation models. * Process, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources for use in ML, DL, and GenAI models. * Train, evaluate, and optimize AI models, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. * Deploy and monitor models in production environments, applying MLOps best practices. * Research emerging AI technologies and trends, proposing applicable improvements and innovations for the business. * Communicate technical results and findings to business and technology teams, supporting decision-making. **Education and Experience:** * Professional degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in this role or in positions related to Artificial Intelligence. * Proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, and Databricks. * Experience in Artificial Intelligence (ML, DL, GenAI) and associated frameworks (Langchain, Langraph). * Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure) and development tools. * Desired: project implementation experience * Familiarity with tracking tools (Jira, Smartsheet, or similar) **Working Conditions:** * Work location: Huechuraba (Rinconada / Av.
