We are currently seeking an **Import Activation Specialist** to join our Procurement team. **What will you do?** * Initiate activation with international suppliers upon purchase order (P/O) issuance. * Request and validate manufacturing schedules, milestones, and key dates. * Monitor manufacturing progress weekly and record evidence. * Update actual dates and status in SAP Business One. * Coordinate inspections with Quality Control and document handover with International Trade (Comex). * Report deviations to Procurement and issue early risk alerts. * Ensure documentary recordkeeping and traceability of communications with suppliers. * Maintain on-time delivery (OTD) indicators and performance metrics for international suppliers. **Requirements to apply:** * Technical or Engineering degree in International Trade, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: 2–3 years in international supplier management or supply chain. * Language: Advanced spoken English (mandatory). * Tools: SAP B1 (preferred), advanced Excel, tracking platforms or document management systems. **What do we offer?** * Supplementary health insurance. * On-site gym. * Banking agreements. * Year-end bonuses. * Other benefits.
