Constant communication with internal and external teams Full-Time Position Supervisor Valparaíso Region Valparaíso At Ultramar Agencia Marítima, a company specializing in foreign trade and ranked among the best workplaces in Chile (according to the Great Place To Work 2025 ranking), we are seeking a Fleet Supervisor for Bucalemu Vessels, based in Valparaíso. **Job Mission** Coordinate port maneuvers by managing the use of company-owned and/or third-party vessels according to operational needs, ensuring proper execution of committed services and compliance with established safety and efficiency standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate port maneuvers, ensuring proper allocation and utilization of company-owned and/or third-party vessels. * Make strategic decisions to assign maneuvers efficiently. * Supervise the execution of maritime operations, verifying compliance with safety procedures and operational standards. * Maintain constant communication with captains, crews, external companies, and related internal departments. * Monitor vessel operational availability and coordinate preventive or corrective maintenance actions when necessary. * Record all operations performed in the Nerthus system. * Invoice and settle all services within the calendar month and stipulated KPIs. **Requirements:** * Professional in Engineering, Maritime Studies, Logistics, Transportation, or related fields. * Familiarity with local regulations (instructions) and maritime authority regulations regarding operational conditions at various terminals in Chile. * Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions under pressure. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Reporting Line:** * This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
