Position Functional Description: 1\. Supervise field execution of maintenance, support, and equipment replacement activities, ensuring quality and compliance. 2\. Monitor the operational status of equipment at sites, ensuring service continuity. 3\. Manage on-site operational client relationships, channeling requirements and contingencies. 4\. Report operational progress, incidents, and results, proposing improvements to optimize service delivery. 5\. Supervise the receipt, tracking, and resolution of incidents reported by clients. 6\. Ensure technical support requests are addressed within agreed response timeframes. 7\. Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for equipment installed at client sites. 8\. Ensure all maintenance is performed in accordance with company-established standards and procedures. 9\. Supervise inventory of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for technical service. 10\. Perform technical tasks in the field when required, supporting or replacing technicians to ensure operational continuity. 11\. Identify technical team training needs and coordinate implementation of training programs.
