We are currently seeking a Field Assembly Supervisor SPCI to join our team in the Calama region. **What will you do?** * Supervise on-site assembly and maintenance activities of FPS systems. * Coordinate project execution and assign tasks among FPS Assembly Technicians. * Monitor the proper use of tools, materials, and spare parts during assembly activities. * Advise Assembly Technicians in resolving technical issues. * Report progress, incidents, and material requirements to the Engineering Lead. * Ensure compliance with safety and risk prevention regulations for on-site work. * Maintain contact with on-site clients to ensure correct installation and operation of systems. * Train and guide Assembly Technicians in the use of specialized equipment and tools. **Requirements to apply:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly and supervision of fire protection systems or industrial installations. * Installation and maintenance of fire detection and suppression systems. * Proficiency with assembly tools and equipment. * Ability to interpret blueprints and NFPA standards. * Experience using project reporting and control software. * Basic knowledge of SAP (desirable). * Must reside in Calama. **What we offer:** * Agreements with banks. * Bonuses. * Lunch provided at FP facilities. * Other benefits.
