We are looking for Reinforcing Steel Workers for our Pre-Assembly Plant in Lampa! At **AGF Aceros**, precision, the strength of our team, and excellence in structural steel define us. We are currently seeking **Reinforcing Steel Workers / Senior Reinforcing Steel Workers** to join our operational team at our **Pre-Assembly Plant located in Lampa**. If you have experience in fabricating and assembling steel reinforcement structures, seek job stability in a safe industrial environment, and wish to join a great team, **this opportunity is for you!** What will be your mission at the plant? * Prepare, cut, bend, and tie steel bars for various structural elements (foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and walls). * Carry out the production process for assembling structural frameworks and reinforcement cages in the workshop/plant, following cutting lists and fabrication drawings. * Operate manual and electric tools used in this trade (tie guns, rebar benders, hydraulic benders, and shears) safely. * Keep your Pre-Assembly Supervisor informed daily about production progress and equipment incidents. * Work under strict self-care standards, mandatory use of PPE, and compliance with the Internal Occupational Health and Safety Regulation (RIOHS). What are we looking for in you? * **Experience:** Minimum 1–2 years working as a Reinforcing Steel Worker in pre-assembly plants, central workshops, or construction sites. * **Technical knowledge:** * Ability to interpret and read steel reinforcement drawings, cutting lists, and markings. * Proficiency in tying techniques (various knot types), spacing, placement of stirrups and ties. * Safe handling of manual and electric tools associated with the role. * **Attitude:** Commitment, punctuality, teamwork, quality orientation, and responsibility for your own safety and that of your colleagues. * **Location:** Residence in **Lampa** or neighboring communes in the northern zone of Santiago (Colina, Quilicura, Pudahuel, etc.).
