Job Summary: Axity is seeking a Data Engineer to design, develop, and implement data integration processes on Microsoft Azure platforms for a commission automation project. Key Highlights: 1. Apply best practices for data modeling and data governance DESCRIPTION **Axity is a company with over 35 years of experience; our service portfolio is one of the largest in the industry: Digital Strategy, Software Development, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Advanced Analytics, Security, and IoT.** **We are looking for a Data Engineer** Mission: Design, develop, and implement data integration processes for the Insurance Commission Automation project on Microsoft Azure platforms. ### **Responsibilities** * Design and build data structures, ensuring their quality, integrity, and alignment with technical and business requirements. * Develop and maintain data integration and transformation processes (ETL/ELT) using Azure cloud tools. * Validate and ensure data quality (QA), identifying inconsistencies and implementing continuous improvements. * Guarantee the availability and timely delivery of information to various organizational departments. * Apply best practices for data modeling, architecture, quality, and governance in the development of analytical solutions. ### **Requirements** * 3–5 years of experience in data analytics projects. * Advanced proficiency in SQL. * Experience in logical and physical data modeling. * Knowledge of Python, preferably with PySpark experience. * Experience working with Azure cloud services, especially: * Azure Data Lake. * Azure Data Factory. * Azure Synapse Analytics. * Knowledge of data architecture. * Experience applying best practices for data quality and data governance.
