Opportunity for professional and personal growth within the Holding. * Full-time position * Other Professional * Valparaíso Region * Valparaíso At Ultramar Agencia Marítima, a company specializing in international trade and ranked among the best workplaces in Chile (according to the Great Place To Work 2025 ranking), we are seeking a Contract Management Analyst for Ultramar Agencia Marítima based in Valparaíso. **Job Mission:** Manage and keep the company's contractual, legal, and corporate documentation up to date, ensuring contracts, mandates, and other records are properly formalized, organized, and readily available. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage contracts, annexes, agreements, renewals, contract terms, and digital signature processes. * Maintain legal, contractual, corporate, and insurance documentation organized and up to date. * Coordinate the management of mandates, powers, and document acquisition before notaries, registry offices, and other institutions. * Receive, review, and promptly forward claims, protests, notifications, and information requests, following current procedures and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Professional or technical education in legal, administrative, or business fields, such as Commercial Engineering, Auditing, Legal Technician, or related disciplines. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in contractual, legal, or administrative management is desirable. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Intermediate-level written English proficiency (not mandatory). **Reporting Line:** The position reports directly to the Compliance Manager. **We Offer:** * Monthly meal allowance bonus * Transportation bonus * Half-day off on your birthday * Training opportunities to advance and strengthen your professional skills * Opportunity for professional and personal growth within the Holding * Monthly snack allowance Are you interested?
