Key responsibilities: Administer support contracts for Mine Maintenance and Plant Maintenance areas. Monitor planning, scheduling, and execution of activities according to safety standards and risk management practices. Manage monthly budgets (Budget\-Forecast) and propose improvements. Prepare monthly and annual forecasts. Coordinate with partner companies to ensure proper contract execution. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental performance indicators. Participate in contract improvement initiatives (Full Potencial). Use SAP for contract control and administration. Lead accreditation and certification processes for companies and personnel. Prepare and present BBTT reports as requested by management. Coordinate procurement processes for spot services, planned services, and long-term contracts. Shift schedule: 4x3 (no camp accommodation – daily commuting). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in mining contract formation and administration (mandatory). Knowledge of mining equipment (mandatory). SAP proficiency (mandatory). Class B driver’s license (mandatory). Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Medical fitness compatible with working at heights and mine sites.
