In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational continuity of our e-commerce channel, optimizing the website experience, and monitoring daily achievement of sales and margin targets. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * **Sales Funnel Monitoring:** You will conduct daily conversion analysis of the website by category, collaborating with the planning team to ensure traffic translates into transactions and goal attainment. * **Product Diagnosis and Clearance:** You will lead commercial diagnosis by category to identify slow-moving products (*slow-movers*) and activate immediate digital levers to accelerate their clearance. * **Direction to Digital Marketing:** You will define and deliver commercial guidelines (stock focus areas, higher-margin products, and business priorities) to Performance, CRM, and SEO teams to attract qualified traffic. * **Digital Experience Optimization (CRO):** You will serve as the commercial point of contact for the *Digital Experience* team, identifying navigation friction points and coordinating agile platform adjustments with implementers. * **Launches and Merchandising:** You will lead commercial launch strategies (*Brandperformance*) and ensure the quality of the digital catalog and merchandising, optimizing product detail pages (PDPs) to maximize conversion. * **Data-Driven Decision Making:** You will continuously measure the impact of each commercial initiative, extracting key learnings to iterate and optimize. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Management Control, or related fields. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- * Experience: 2–3 years in commercial or digital analytical roles (ideally from industries such as Retail or E-commerce). * **Technical Tools:** Advanced Excel proficiency (e.g., advanced functions such as VLOOKUP), SQL database handling, and mastery of Google Analytics 4 (GA4). * **Skills:** Autonomy, critical thinking, practical problem-solving in dynamic environments, adaptability, and influence-based leadership. ***All our job opportunities are open to people with disabilities, without any distinction or discrimination.*** **Are you passionate about e-commerce and commercial analysis?
