A rapidly growing gastronomic brand is seeking kitchen assistants to join a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen with strong teamwork. **Job Description:** At Birra Bar, we are looking for cooks to prepare hamburgers and fried foods. The selected candidate will work in a dynamic environment and receive **continuous training** to improve techniques, efficiency, and product quality, always adhering to the establishment’s standards. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and cooking of hamburgers. * Preparation of fried items (french fries, onion rings, etc.). * Operation of griddles and deep fryers. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen area. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience in cooking, griddle operation, or deep frying (preferred). * Eagerness to learn and continuously improve. * Ability to work efficiently and under pressure. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Availability for rotating shifts. * **For Full-Time positions: full availability from Monday to Sunday is required; two Sundays off per month.** * **For Part-Time positions: availability to work all Saturdays and Sundays, plus two additional weekdays; total of four working days per week.** **We Offer:** * A positive work environment. * Continuous training. * Real opportunities for growth. * Immediate hiring.
