Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in coordinating structural design, analysis, and project management—particularly for bridge projects. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and supervise junior engineers, and manage man-hours and subcontractors. ### **100%–100% \| Santiago de Chile** As an Engineering Project Manager, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle—from conception to completion—ensuring seamless coordination, efficient resource allocation, and successful delivery. Bring your exceptional leadership skills and technical expertise. ### **Job Description** * Serve as Project Manager, coordinating structural design in collaboration with other technical disciplines. * Conduct structural analysis and design calculations for assigned projects—especially bridges. Prepare calculation reports and supervise drawing development. * Manage allocated man-hours (MH) and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery, technical efficiency, and financial performance of the assignment. * Actively participate in defining and developing technical proposals—including scope of services, methodology, team effort estimation, and key activities required for structural project execution. * Provide technical mentoring and supervision to junior engineers within the project team. ### **Requirements** * A professionally qualified Civil Engineer with specialization in structures, possessing at least 10 years of verifiable experience in developing and coordinating structural projects—preferably in road and rail infrastructure. Candidates with experience in the following areas will be especially valued: * Structural design of bridges—including diagnostic, strengthening, and rehabilitation of existing bridges; design of architectural works. * Application of national and international standards—including AASHTO and Eurocodes. Proficiency in BIM tools applied to structural design. * Technical leadership capability and experience working in collaborative, interdisciplinary environments. Innovative mindset, autonomy, and technical rigor. * Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of additional languages is considered an asset.
