




Job Summary: At DFV Engineering and Management, we are seeking a BIM Architectural Modeler to develop and maintain BIM models, generate technical documentation, and support project coordination. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP. 2. Generate technical documentation and visualizations for projects. 3. Support BIM coordination and clash resolution. DFV Engineering and Management is currently seeking a BIM Architectural Modeler responsible for developing and maintaining BIM models for architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines. Their duties will include generating technical documentation and visualizations to support coordination processes and ensure that models comply with established BIM standards, facilitating efficient project planning, presentation, and execution. **Responsibilities:** 1\. Model architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines in BIM, ensuring accuracy and consistency across projects. 2\. Generate drawings, views, and technical documentation according to project standards. 3\. Provide support during BIM coordination processes and clash resolution. 4\. Prepare models for virtual walkthroughs, renders, and project presentations. 5\. Maintain organized models aligned with defined BIM standards. 6\. Strong interpersonal skills and fluent communication abilities. 7\. Render developed models as required. 8\. Prepare reports as needed. 9\. Participate in coordination meetings with internal or external clients as required. 10\. Modeling of disciplines (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, structural, etc.) — mandatory. **Requirements:** * Professional degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Engineering, Civil Construction, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of professional experience. * At least 2 years of experience in BIM modeling (mandatory). * Proficiency in BIM and collaborative platforms such as ACC/BIM 360, Trimble Connect, and software including Twinmotion, 3ds Max, Navisworks, and Revit. * Certificates, diplomas, or other credentials from courses or training programs in Revit or other Autodesk products. **Conditions:** * Availability to work in Las Condes commune (hybrid work mode). * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM; Friday until 3:30 PM. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Professional degree in Architecture, Architectural Drafting, Engineering, Civil Construction, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of professional experience. * At least 2 years of experience in BIM modeling (mandatory). * Proficiency in BIM and collaborative platforms such as ACC/BIM 360, Trimble Connect, and software including Twinmotion, 3ds Max, Navisworks, and Revit. * Certificates, diplomas, or other credentials from courses or training programs in Revit or other Autodesk products.
