




Job Summary: We are seeking a Back Office Analyst to manage internal operations, including orders, imports, finance, KPIs, and documentation for an açaí distribution company. Key Highlights: 1. Manage internal operations and key processes of a growing company. 2. Coordinate logistics, imports, and financial management of the business. 3. Develop and document processes to optimize operational efficiency. **We Are Looking for a Back Office Analyst — Açaí Republic** **We are a national importer and distributor of açaí. We work with açaí shops and health food stores through the B2B channel. We are growing and need someone to take charge of internal operations: the processes, the numbers, and the information that make everything run smoothly behind the scenes.** **What You Will Do:** **Operations and Distribution** You will enter and manage customer orders from receipt through dispatch. You will coordinate with logistics and transportation teams, and resolve issues that arise along the way: failed deliveries, route changes, complaints. **Imports** You will coordinate with the customs agent on documentation for each import (invoices, certificates of origin). You will track arrival timelines and maintain up-to-date inventory movement records. **Finance and Collections** You will issue electronic tax documents (invoices, credit notes, shipping guides). You will reconcile income and expenses, perform monthly bank reconciliations, and actively monitor overdue invoices. **KPIs and Forecasting** You will support defining what the company measures, how it measures it, and how frequently. You will forecast monthly consumption to anticipate stockouts or overstock situations before they become problems. **Documentation and Structure** You will serve as the source of information: customer database, order history, supplier terms, actual inventory. You will document processes so they do not rely on anyone’s memory. **What We Are Looking For:** Degree in Business Administration or Accounting Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets Basic knowledge of accounting, bank reconciliation, and electronic tax document issuance Detail-oriented by nature **Conditions:** On-site in Las Condes, Santiago, with hybrid option available starting from the 2nd month Salary based on experience Start Date: Third week of June 2026 Salary: $800\.000 \- $1\.000\.000 per month Workplace: Hybrid in Apoquindo, Metropolitan Region
