Key responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise the Annual Occupational Safety and Health Program. Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations for both direct employees and contractors. Advise and train staff on the proper application of preventive measures and emergency plans. Conduct risk assessments and propose corrective actions. Prepare reports, statistics, and required documentation. Promote a preventive culture and supervise on-site safety conditions. Requirements: Degree in Risk Prevention Engineering. Minimum 4 years of verifiable mining experience. Knowledge of Law No. 16\.744, related decrees, and prevention techniques. Leadership, planning, and teamwork skills.
