We are currently seeking an Application and Mining Processes Engineer to join our Technical Development and Innovation Management team. **What will you do?** * Identify, conduct functional analyses, and perform cost-benefit analyses on mining operational processes (crushing, grinding, flotation). * Translate customer challenges into clear technical requirements and assess the operational and technical feasibility of proposed solutions. * Lead the innovation project lifecycle—from pre-feasibility studies, field pilot testing, to productive scaling. * Develop the change management plan, train site teams, and serve as the primary technical contact post-implementation. * Monitor implemented solutions, collect customer feedback, and generate performance reports. **Requirements to Apply:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Mining, Metallurgical, Industrial, or Mechanical). * Minimum 5 years of field project management experience or process experience in large-scale mining; experience in innovation processes is desirable. * Proficiency in mining processes (crushing, grinding, flotation). * Project management (*Project Management*). **What We Offer:** * Complementary health insurance. * Gym facilities at our premises. * Banking agreements. * Year-end bonuses. * Other benefits.
