Responsible for managing accreditation, authorization, and registration processes for all personnel (internal staff and contractors) accessing the project and the Caserones site. Coordinates technical and administrative accreditation of equipment, machinery, and vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards and current documentation requirements. This position requires 100% on-site work and operates under a 4x3 day shift system. **Responsibilities:** * Manage accreditation, authorization, and registration processes for all personnel (internal staff and contractors) accessing the project and the Caserones site * Coordinate technical and administrative accreditation of equipment, machinery, and vehicles, ensuring compliance with safety standards and current documentation requirements * Provide comprehensive logistical support * Coordinate with hospitality services for accommodation assignments * Catering and associated services * Manage administrative document control for the contract **Requirements:** * Education: Technical or university degree in administration or project management. * Knowledge / Certifications: Knowledge of mining projects. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of general and specific experience. * Availability to work 100% on-site at the Caserones site, Atacama Region, under a 4x3 day shift system. **What Do We Offer?** Opportunity to be part of a continuously growing multinational organization.
