### **At VOLTA, we lead the transformation of the waste management industry to build a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable Chile.** We are currently seeking a **Validation Analyst** to join our team, ensuring the proper inspection, categorization, and handling of hazardous waste, contributing to regulatory compliance and our sustainability standards. **Applicant Profile** * Graduate with a degree in **Chemical Analyst, Chemical Engineering Technology**, or related field. * Demonstrable experience of **at least 1 year** in hazardous waste treatment. * Availability to work in Chillán Viejo. * Intermediate level in **Office**; knowledge of **SAP** is desirable. * Class B driver's license (for corporate vehicle use). **Main Responsibilities** * Visually inspect waste and review documentation provided by transporters, coordinating unloading operations. * Identify, categorize, and segregate hazardous waste (RESPEL), identifying chemical incompatibilities. * Perform basic and specific on-site characterization. * Conduct stabilization tests and labeling/labeling of RESPEL. * Maintain daily inventory tracking and record measurements in ERP (SAP). * Verify current documentation, identify deviations, and propose improvements. * Collaborate in updating and creating area procedures. **Key Challenges** * **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure proper hazardous waste management according to current regulations. * **Operational Excellence:** Maintain accurate records and efficient processes across all stages. * **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in updating procedures and internal standards. **What We Offer** * Involvement in a key project for responsible waste management. * Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. * Shuttle bus service to the operational site. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * Benefits related to well-being and quality of life. * A challenging, dynamic environment committed to the country's sustainable development.
