




Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Sales Representative to commercialize, manage, and promote sales while developing long-term strategic relationships with customers. About the Role Commercialize, manage, and promote sales within your assigned segment by developing long-term strategic relationships with customers; develop new markets, retain customers, and generate strategic and innovative business within the segment — all aimed at achieving department-defined targets to build a profitable and sustainable business in alignment with company policies: * Continuously identify new medium- and long-term growth opportunities to fulfill the business plan, increase sales, margins, and market share as defined by the department’s strategy. Gain deep understanding of market potential, key customers, and their needs; propose improvements and contribute to Sika’s customer growth. * Provide technical and commercial support to customers, conduct on-site customer visits, deliver technical assistance, and monitor performance of our products. * Prepare and manage necessary information to ensure accurate raw material procurement planning (sales planning), based on customer demand and market potential, to guarantee appropriate supply for customers and avoid overstock. * Maintain a robust contact network with key market players. * Build long-term relationships with various functional departments, collaborating across the value chain from order entry through product delivery to the customer. * Conduct and supervise basic laboratory tests. * Faithfully comply with employment contract terms, internal regulations, and Code of Conduct to ensure a workplace characterized by respect, transparency, and sound practices within the company. Your Skills and Experience * 4–6 years of experience in the industry, preferably in technical sales or commercial roles within industrial environments. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Professional degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Construction, Mining Engineering, Architecture, Commercial Engineering, or a related field. * Intermediate-level English proficiency. * Strong negotiation and commercial management skills. * Essential: Technical knowledge of the cement and concrete market, as well as familiarity with the company’s product portfolio and its performance in industrial applications.
