We are looking for a Quality and Food Safety Manager for our production plant located near San Felipe (Santa Maria commune). You will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance with all quality and food safety policies, guaranteeing that our processes meet the highest standards and current regulations. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, your role will be key in implementing continuous improvements and managing production and quality information. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Quality Management:** Manage and ensure the proper implementation of quality and food safety policies and procedures, including **BPM** and **HACCP**. * **Continuous Improvement:** Execute and supervise the company's quality plan, conducting internal audits and promoting operational efficiency. * **Non-Conformity Management:** Lead the identification, documentation, and management of customer non-conformities, ensuring their proper resolution. * **Production Support:** Collaborate with operations by managing batch information, records, and verifying the optimal condition of equipment. * **R&D Support:** Supervise and conduct R\+D tests at laboratory and pilot scale for new product developments. **We are looking for:** * A professional with a degree in Food Engineering, Agronomy, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. * Proven experience in quality leadership or supervisory roles within food processing plants. *Solid knowledge and hands-on experience implementing standards (BPM, HACCP).* Leadership-oriented profile with strong proactivity and management skills (both administrative and operational). * Residence in San Felipe, Santa María, Los Andes, or nearby areas (or willingness to relocate). **We offer:** * The opportunity to join a continuously growing company. * The chance to lead a critical business area. * Job stability and professional development.
