Ensure document files are properly maintained. Maintain logs of letters and documents. * Supervise printing and photocopying operations, including employee tasks and equipment. * Assign the appropriate filing index to all incoming and outgoing documents. * Ensure that all controlled documents are accurate and complete. * Comply with company standards and work procedures. * Conduct audits and inspections on the project to ensure document control activities are carried out correctly, efficiently, and cost-effectively. * Perform additional tasks as instructed by the supervisor. * Process vendor information for internal and contractor use. * Copy, scan, and save documents. * Check the accuracy of documents such as contracts and correct them. * Review and update documents (e.g., manuals and workflows). * Distribute project-related copies to internal teams and contractors. * Archive documents in physical and digital records. * Manage the flow of documentation within the project, both internally and with contractors. * Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and agreed terms
