Responsibilities * Perform cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection of all areas and facilities within the food service center (pastry areas, production lines, dining rooms, restrooms, etc.), as well as materials, utensils, and equipment, according to PRP and quality standards. * Organize, clean, sanitize, and maintain work tools and equipment daily for proper use. * Wash industrial pots and containers. * Change table linens according to the weekly schedule. * Protect and care for company assets (small equipment, machinery, cleaning tools, and chemical products). Requirements * Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning, production line assistant, casino operations, or similar roles. * Basic knowledge of cleaning and workplace organization. * Ability to work effectively in a team and dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating shifts.
