




We are looking for a **Restaurant Service and Operations Manager** to lead food and beverage operations at a renowned hotel located in Eastern Santiago. You will have the challenge of coordinating service in the restaurant, bar, and breakfast areas, ensuring an impeccable experience for every guest and customer, driving high service standards, teamwork, and operational excellence. ### **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Supervise daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and breakfast services, guaranteeing efficient and high-quality service. * Lead, motivate, and train service teams, promoting a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Coordinate shifts, training sessions, and operational procedures with area management. * Implement improvements in setups, presentations, and operating systems. * Ensure personalized and professional service for guests and high-profile clients. * Maintain smooth communication between kitchen, bar, and dining room to ensure optimal service flow. * Monitor operational indicators and propose continuous improvement actions. **Requirements:** * Degree in Hospitality, Gastronomic Administration, or related fields. * At least five years of experience leading teams in high-end restaurants or hotels. * Advanced English (mandatory). * Article 22 (hotel work schedule). * Availability to work on-site in Eastern Santiago.
