The **EQUANS Axima** Works Agency in **La Possession** (45 employees, €7.5M turnover), specializing in HVAC engineering, is seeking its: **HVAC Installer Technician (m/f)** **YOUR JOB** Reporting to a site manager, you will participate in projects carried out by the agency (air conditioning, ventilation, heating, and plumbing). Your responsibilities include: * Performing layout work for equipment placement and piping routing, * Assembling ductwork and aerodynamic/hydraulic equipment, * Installing and assembling piping (steel, stainless steel, copper, press-fit, etc.), * Selecting and installing supports, * Ensuring adherence to internal quality, hygiene, health & safety, and environmental procedures. **YOUR PROFILE** You have at least three years’ experience as an HVAC installer, with proven expertise in on-site ventilation and air conditioning installations. You hold a vocational qualification such as a CAP/BEP/BP or a vocational baccalaureate (Bac Pro) in HVAC engineering, thermal installation, or energy systems, and are recognized for the high quality and precision of your work. You pay close attention to detail, installation compliance, and adherence to execution drawings. Your observational skills, rigor, and commitment to excellence make you a reliable and autonomous professional. You are able to read and interpret technical drawings, diagnose anomalies, take initiative, and comply with technical and safety instructions.
