At **Gruppo Corzo** we are looking for a **Decoration Assistant** for one of our Holding companies: **Simply Sweet**, whose mission will be to assist in decorating themed products (such as custom cakes, decorative cupcakes, event cookies, thematic dates, etc.) following the brand's aesthetic guidelines, and support general production tasks to ensure efficiency and quality. **Functions:** * Assist in manual decoration of themed products under supervision (using piping bags, fondant, airbrushes, toppers, icing, among others). * Prepare decoration supplies: coloring doughs, making cake pops and lollipops, preparing creams, cutting shapes, creating edible details. * Collaborate in final assembly of special orders or seasonal collections (Christmas, Easter, Valentine's Day, etc.). * Maintain the decoration area clean, organized, and supplied. * Support the production team with basic kitchen tasks when there is no decoration workload: preparing doughs, fillings, simple baking, or mise en place. * Adhere to delivery times and production sequence established by supervision. * Ensure aesthetics, final presentation, and proper handling of decorated products. * Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. * Assist at checkout and customer service when necessary.
