Job Summary: We are seeking a chef to prepare, produce, and plate food; manage inventory; and maintain hygiene standards, while collaborating on menu creation under supervision. Creative plating and careful presentation of dishes We are looking for a chef to work in LINARES (JAÉN). Tasks include food preparation and production: cleaning, cutting, chopping, and ensuring all ingredients are ready before service. Also, cooking according to standard recipes and specified timeframes, as well as creatively and carefully plating dishes so they arrive at the table attractively presented. Additionally, the role involves monitoring inventory levels, ordering raw materials, and managing food storage to prevent waste. Maintaining cleanliness and disinfection of utensils, equipment, and the work area according to health regulations is essential. The chef will also collaborate on menu development and work as part of a team under the supervision of a head chef. A permanent full-time employment contract is offered, with working hours from 09:00 to 17:00, Wednesday through Sunday. The monthly salary is 1692 euros.
