In this role, they will supervise and ensure compliance with safety, quality, operational efficiency, and financial performance standards. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------- * Execute routine operations within the assigned area, ensuring direct reports follow policies and procedures related to employee safety, food safety, and environmental compliance. * Monitor production results, volume, and quality to ensure food safety and customer requirements meet specifications. * Partner with production supervisors to resolve customer specifications and deadlines. * Manage the production budget for a department, process, or shift; execute purchase orders; and ensure timely invoice payment. * Develop operational plans and monitor routine operations across all production processes for multiple departments, processes, and shifts. * Develop, supervise, and deliver training to direct reports, including company core values, coaching, and guiding principles for assigned facilities or regions. * Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions for direct reports. Also dedicates time to performing the same tasks as team members. * Other assigned duties. **Qualifications** ------------------ #### **Minimum** * Technical or Engineering degree in Aquaculture, Food Science, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Experience in plant environments. #### **Preferred** * Experience supervising teams. * ERP system proficiency. * Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and other Office suite tools). \#LI\-Onsite \#LI\-AC7 At Cargill, every person matters.
