Job Summary: You will support daily operational tasks within a dynamic project-based business, interacting with various departments and participating in automation processes. Key Highlights: 1. You will support control and management for the Business Unit. 2. Dynamic day-to-day activities that evolve according to business needs. 3. You will interact with various central departments and participate in automation. Your Typical Day You will collaborate with and get to know a highly professional and human-oriented team. You will directly support our Commercial Project Managers and Performance Controllers in their daily operational tasks, who—alongside their technical counterparts—will guide you throughout your training process. As this is a project-based business, daily activities may occasionally change in response to evolving business needs, requiring flexible scheduling and adding dynamism to your day-to-day work. How You Will Stand Out * Support control and management for the Business Unit. * Support processes associated with the project lifecycle—from project control and management through to project completion. * Provide support on customer collections and supplier payments. * Execute tasks arising from monthly closing processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, advances, fixed assets, etc.). * Interact with central departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Legal, Compliance, and Audit, among others. * Co-participate in automation initiatives for the Business Unit. What You Bring * Degree in Commercial Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Up to 2 years of experience. * Proactivity combined with strong willingness and enthusiasm to learn. * Strong and effective verbal communication skills. * Advanced Excel skills, along with the ability to automate reports and processes (Alteryx, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.). * Intermediate to Advanced English About the Team What Is Siemens Energy?
