You will directly support the daily and operational tasks of our Commercial Project Managers and Performance Controllers, who—alongside their technical counterparts—will guide you throughout your training process. As this is a project-based business, daily activities may occasionally shift according to evolving business needs, resulting in flexible scheduling and dynamic day-to-day work. How You Will Stand Out * You will support control and management for the Business Unit. * You will support processes associated with the full project lifecycle—from project control and management through to project closure. * You will provide support on customer collections and supplier payments. * You will execute tasks arising from monthly closing processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, advances, fixed assets, etc.). * You will interact with central departments such as Procurement, Logistics, Legal, Compliance, and Audit, among others. * You will co-participate in automation initiatives for the Business Unit. What You Bring * Degree in Commercial Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Up to 2 years of experience. * Proactivity, strong willingness, and eagerness to learn. * Good and effective verbal communication skills. * Advanced Excel proficiency, along with ability to automate reports and processes (Alteryx, Python, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.). * Intermediate to Advanced English About the Team What is Siemens Energy?
