We are looking for a **Membership Supervisor** for **PriceSmart Chile**, an international retail chain operating under a membership-based warehouse club model, now launching operations in the country. This role will be critical to ensuring organized, efficient, and member-centric operations from day one. **Your Mission** Supervise the daily operations of the Membership area within the club, ensuring adherence to processes, effective team performance, and a service experience aligned with PriceSmart’s standards. **What You’ll Do** * Coordinate the daily operations of the Membership area * Supervise shifts, tasks, and team performance * Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and standards * Monitor and track key performance indicators (service quality, processing times, sales, errors) * Review and validate member data, transactions, and documentation * Support resolution of incidents and improvement of customer experience * Participate in campaigns, activations, and commercial initiatives within the area * Ensure proper opening and closing procedures for the Membership service * Provide support to the Membership Manager and assume responsibilities in their absence **What We’re Looking For** * Technical or professional education in related fields (Business Administration, Marketing, or similar) * Experience supervising teams or in similar roles * Experience in customer service, sales, or high-demand environments (retail preferred) * Experience managing and tracking operational KPIs * Proficiency with digital tools * Organized profile with a focus on processes, attention to detail, and problem-solving * Leadership and team coordination skills **Benefits** * PriceSmart membership * Benefit for immediate family member * Complementary health insurance fully covered (100%) * Performance-based bonus You will be part of the **launch of PriceSmart in Chile**, in a pivotal role to ensure Membership operations run flawlessly and align with the business’s service standards.
