Job Summary: We are seeking a Material Planner to manage planning, inventory optimization, procurement support, and continuous system improvement in an industrial environment. Key Highlights: 1. Ensures data integrity in SAP/GSI and digital tools **Material Planner (2 vacancies)** **Industrial and Production Engineers \- Yard or Logistics Supervisor** ======================================================================================================================= ### **CONTACT INFORMATION** **Company:** Alstom **Economic Activity:** Electricity ### **DESCRIPTION** Main Responsibilities: \-Material Planning. \-Manage material planning and MRP execution. \-Maintain and optimize ABC classification and inventory policies. \-Administer and ensure master data quality (Material Master and BOM). \-Coordinate planning at project initiation and closure. \-Manage overstock, obsolete stock, and inter-warehouse redistribution. \-Inventory Management and Financial Control. \-Develop inventory forecast and budget. \-Monitor deviations and optimize stock levels. \-Participate in reviews of critical purchase orders. \-Procurement Support \-Create and manage stock material purchase orders. \-Track suppliers, deliveries, and confirmations. \-Coordinate solutions for stockouts and contingencies. \-Support audit processes and demand consolidation. \-Systems Management and Continuous Improvement. \-Ensure data integrity in SAP/GSI and digital tools. \-Implement process improvements and standardization. \-Participate in KPI management and area reporting. \-Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives. \-Collaborate with project, engineering, and procurement teams. Requirements: \-Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Mandatory). \-Supply Chain, Lean, or APICS certification preferred. \-Minimum 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Material Planning, Inventory, or Procurement. \-Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or project environments (preferred). \-Proficiency in SAP/GSI, MRP, and planning tools. \-Basic financial knowledge related to inventory. \-Advanced Excel and digital tools (QlikSense, Fiori, Ariba). \-Knowledge of BOM, lead times, inventory parameters, and consignment arrangements.
