At Falabella Logistics, we are seeking a Logistics Planning and Capacity Analyst! What is the role’s mission? Ensure daily logistics capacity through analysis and operational management, guaranteeing service, continuity, and efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage the daily workload balance, storage capacity, and available operational resources. Monitor and control adherence to daily planning, identifying bottlenecks and operational deviations in real time. Lead the daily operational committee (Daily) with receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch teams to align priorities and ensure plan execution. Coordinate logistical contingencies and immediate action plans during peak demand periods and key commercial events. Supervise the proper physical and logical allocation of space and high-turnover inventory to maximize operational productivity. Analyze operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to ensure service level targets are met. Monitor logistics network capacity and adjust resources promptly to respond to demand fluctuations. Professional growth and learning opportunities. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Preferred specialization in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management. * 2 years of experience in logistics planning, capacity management, or production control. * Experience in high-turnover, high-volume Distribution Centers. * Preferred participation in high-demand events (Cyber Day, Black Friday, Christmas, or other peak seasons). * Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, report automation, and data analysis). * Intermediate or advanced SQL for data extraction and analysis. * BigQuery or similar databases. * Knowledge of WMS and OMS systems. * Understanding of logistics processes: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch. * Familiarity with operational KPIs (SLA, productivity, capacity, occupancy, throughput).
